Yet when the game gets competitive at the end they do the same thing on defense - bring zero pressure. And on offense - run the ball instead of trying to win the game.

They play timid and scared, the decisions are that of a 5th grader. Actually a 5th grader is smart enough to pass when trailing or needing to win the game. My 10 year old son would never make the decisions Gannon is in Madden.

the message is passed down to the players:

on offense, Kyler doesn't want to throw to someone unless they are OPEN.

on defense, players soften coverage to keep everything in front of them

They don’t practice the right things then and that falls on them.

Anyone who coaches on any level puts a game plan in during the week and practices it religiously till the players are unconsciously competent in it.

This coaching staff isn’t doing the right things during the week and that translates to game day performance.

"Cheeks" is being kind DD.

Year 3 of a so called rebuild and it looks like we need another one.

If it was just one part of the team I could excuse that but from offense (going halves without scoring), to defense (giving up big leads), special teams (totally inept in pressure situations), to coaches who are calling plays they don't think will work but sending them anyway. I have never seen anything or even heard anything like this. That loss on Sunday in front of a home crowd is the type of stuff that makes people wear paper bags to home games.

I salute you for still having tickets. I couldn't in good conscience continue to waste thousands of dollars and precious time going to games.

i think if both were being really honest they would say:

We were going to run the ball three times to get the first down and if we didn't, we would run clock, punt the ball and play defense.

I also think Gannon really didnt think the Titans were going to move the ball and get a winning FG.
