Fernando Mendoza threw his first completion to Jack Bech, and now has thrown his first touchdown pass to the second-year wide receiver.
The No. 1 overall pick went 1-for-3 on his first drive, which ended with a punt after a holding penalty pushed back the Raiders.
On his second try, Mendoza was 4-for-5 for 47 yards and a touchdown. He hit Bech on a slant for a 6-yard touchdown.
The Cardinals lead the Raiders 21-14 at halftime, with Jacoby Brissett and Gardner Minshew a combined 15-for-15 for 123 yards and three touchdowns.
