WICHITA, Kan. (KSNW) — Former Kansas star freshman Darryn Peterson dropped a game-high 28 points in his NBA Summer League debut as the Utah Jazz defeated the Atlanta Hawks 103-102.
The second overall pick in last month’s draft shot 11-of-21 from the field, including 4-for-7 from 3-point land in 27 minutes of action. He also had five rebounds, two assists and two blocks.
