Former New York Giants head coach Brian Daboll was fired in the middle of the 2025 season after the team saw little to no improvement since he took over in 2022.

He joined the coaching carousel this offseason and interviewed for several positions, and we've learned that he plans to join the Tennessee Titans as their offensive coordinator.

In 61 games as head coach of the Giants, Daboll was 20-40-1 during the regular season and 1-1 in the playoffs. In his first season, the Giants won nine games and went to the playoffs, but didn't come close to reaching the postseason after that.

Prior to joining the Giants, Daboll served as the offensive coordinator for the Buffalo Bills, where he helped develop Josh Allen into the elite quarterback he is today.

After failing to land another head coaching gig, Daboll will have another opportunity to do that in Tennessee with Cam Ward, who has the potential to reach elite status with the right coaching.
