Fans and pundits love to talk about the Pro Bowl as some sort of measure of NFL greatness but we know this isn't the case. In many instances, the NFL has a hard time even finding players willing to participate and end up going five or six players deep, meaning suddenly a multitude of players are now Pro Bowlers at their position.

Looking at the Steelers current roster, the Steelers only have three players who have ever been named an All-Pro and all of them are on defense.

Defensive back Jalen Ramsey has been named an All-Pro three times. In 2017 when he was with the Jacksonville Jaguars and 2020 and 2021 when he was with the Los Angeles Rams. We felt like Ramsey had an All-Pro season in 2025 once he switched to safety and he is ranked No. 82 on NFL Network's Top 100 players of 2026.

Edge defender T.J. Watt has been named an All-Pro six times total. He was a first-team All-Pro in 2019, 2020, 2021 and 2023. He was named second-team in 2019 (as a linebacker) and 2024. Watt was also named Defensive Player of the Year in 2021 and set the single-season sack record at the time.

Finally, we have defensive tackle Cameron Heyward. He's also been named an All-Pro six times. Four times a first-team selection (2017, 2019, 2021, 2024) and twice a second-team selection (2020, 2025).
