The United States is hosting a plethora of international visitors this summer thanks to the World Cup. Soccer fans from far and wide have descended on American cities both small and large, and let's just say, they haven't always been prepared for what they've seen.
A German user on X has been chronicling his experience in the southern portion of the United States, and has been impressed by the venues he's watched soccer exhibition games in.
The soccer fan was also amused by the eagle flying around Jordan-Hare Stadium, which is home to Auburn football. Context would soon follow about Auburn's classic war eagle chants that explained why the national bird was gliding over fans that evening.
The fan has also experienced the atmosphere at Walmart, Waffle House and Buc-ee's, specifically stating that he couldn't believe Buc-ee's was a "gas station."
Visitors are sure to uncover other gems throughout the United States as the summer wears on.
