The Ravens have experienced plenty of change this offseason, but according to general manager Eric DeCosta, the energy inside the building has remained extremely positive throughout the transition. During an appearance on 105.7 The Fan with Bruce Cunningham and former Ravens and Super Bowl Champion Femi Ayanbadejo, DeCosta spoke about the atmosphere surrounding Baltimore’s offseason program and the enthusiasm players have brought to workouts so far.

“It’s just a great vibe. It’s not just him. It’s everybody. It’s Derek. It’s Zay. It’s the line, the D line. It’s really everybody’s offense and the attendance has been great. The energy’s been really nice to see.”

The comments are encouraging for a Ravens team adjusting to new coaches and several roster changes heading into the 2026 season. DeCosta also praised the coaching staff for helping create strong energy during offseason activities and keeping players engaged throughout the spring program. Baltimore has consistently emphasized culture and leadership as major parts of the organization’s identity, and early signs suggest that mindset continues to carry over despite all the changes this offseason.
