New England Patriots executive vice president of player personnel Eliot Wolf is leaving no stone unturned when it comes to improving the team in 2026.

When speaking with media members, the top executive spoke with a sense of determination following the team's Super Bowl LX loss to the Seattle Seahawks.

"We're going to explore every avenue to improve the team," Wolf said at the NFL combine, via Boston Herald's Doug Kyed.

Those comments come with decisions needing to be made for the Patriots ahead of free agency and the 2026 NFL Draft. They already created a solid foundation in Year 1 under coach Mike Vrabel. How will this year follow the unexpected success the team experienced in 2025?

There are several ways the Patriots can improve their roster, including drafting well, re-signing key free agents, and potentially swinging a blockbuster trade for an elite player on offense or defense. Every option should be on the table this offseason.
