It appears that Eli Manning will have to continue waiting for the call to Canton.
According to The Athletic, Manning will not be elected to the Pro Football Hall of Fame after being a finalist for the second straight year. Manning was one of 15 modern-era finalists for 2026, with at least three and up to five of those finalists set to get the call.
It is not yet known who those inductees will be.
Manning's omission comes a day after Bill Belichick was shockingly left off of the Hall of Fame ballot in his first year of eligibility.
Manning led the Giants to two Super Bowl titles, and spent all 16 of his NFL seasons in New York. He threw 366 touchdowns over that span, but also three 244 interceptions.
