Jacksonville Jaguars fans heading to EverBank Stadium this season to see offensive stars Trevor Lawrence, Travis Hunter, Brian Thomas Jr., Travis Etienne Jr. and others take on the Texans, Chiefs, Seahawks and more will have a whole new lineup of food and beverage options.
The Jaguars and Delaware North, the stadium's foodservice partner, are rolling out more than a dozen new elevated menu items, giving fans options well beyond the traditional concession staples of burgers, hot dogs, pretzels and nachos.
“From new creations like the Touchdown Tots, Sack & Sizzle and Brisket Chili Nachos to returning favorites like the DUUUVAL Dawgs and, our team is committed to delivering bold flavors and memorable bites that match the energy of Jaguars fans,” said Marcus Snead, general manager for Delaware North at EverBank Stadium, in a news release earlier this month.
Here's a look at what's new this season, with descriptions provided by Delaware North.
Red Zone Burger: A double-patty burger stacked with cheddar cheese, bacon, crispy onion straws and BBQ sauce. Available at South End Zone Burger Port & 904 Prime Burger at Sections 105 & 132.
Sack & Sizzle: Pita pocket stuffed with thinly sliced steak cooked in smoky beef tallow, shredded cheese and horseradish Dijonnaise. Optional toppings include caramelized onions, lettuce and diced tomatoes. Available at Pita Den at Section 119.
Brisket Chili Nachos: Corn tortilla chips smothered in brisket chili and nacho cheese, with optional sour cream, salsa and jalapeños. Available at Food Hall at Section 145.
Loaded Tots: Tater tots topped with nacho cheese, bacon and green onions. Available at Tailgate Grill and South End Zone Food Truck.
Touchdown Tots: Tater tots loaded with chicken tenders in choice of sauce, finished with nacho cheese, bacon, ranch and green onions. Available at South End Zone Food Truck.
Tater Tots: Replacing traditional fries as the go-to side across multiple locations. Available at Tailgate Grill and South End Zone Food Truck.
Quesadillas: Cheese or chicken quesadilla served with salsa and sour cream. Available at Yucatan Cantina at Section 125.
BBQ Mac & Cheese: Pulled pork or smoked turkey over creamy macaroni and cheese, topped with BBQ sauce, fried onions and green onions. Available at South End Zone Smokey Que’s.
DUUUVAL Dawgs: Jumbo hot dog or jalapeño cheddar sausage topped with brisket chili, nacho cheese, peppers and onions. Available at DUUUVAL Dawgs at Sections 117 and 126.
Cheesesteak Nachos: Thinly sliced steak piled high on corn tortilla chips, topped with cheese whiz, peppers and onions. Available at Cheesesteak & Dogs at Section 149.
Corn Dog Basket: Classic corn dog served with a side of crispy tater tots. Available at Tailgate Grill at Sections 128, 410 and 435.
Lucky’s Chicken Bowl: Now available in a Sweet ‘n Sour variety, with the addition of egg rolls. Available at Gallagher Club East, Stand 239, and Gallagher Club West, Section 212.
DUUUVAL Coastal Kitchen: Brisket ‘n Grits. Available at Gallagher Club East, Stand 234, and Gallagher Club West, Section 207.
Butcher Block: Featuring house-made chicken salad served on buttery croissants. Available at Gallagher Club East & West, Lower Club.
The Tailgate: Helluva Gouuuda Burger, made with double patties, gouda, bacon, crispy onions and BBQ sauce. Available at Gallagher Club East, Section 134, and Gallagher Club West, Section 112.
In the Suite Level, new menu offerings include The Jag’s Tail, a new dessert creation, plus Pizza Dip, Shrimp Boil, Compressed Watermelon Salad and DUUUVAL Salmon. And suites package options now include the Iron Man, Florida Tailgate, The Smokehouse, First & Bold, and the Green Gridiron, a vegetarian package.
