College basketball's greatest rivalry is renewed for the 267th time as No. 17 North Carolina visits No. 1 Duke on Saturday.
The Blue Devils (26-2) have been rolling since they edged Michigan in Washington, D.C., and ascended to the top spot in the national rankings. Duke has won its three ACC games since then by an average of nearly 33 points and will take that momentum and plenty of motivation into the UNC game.
The Tar Heels (24-6) handed the Blue Devils their most recent loss, prevailing 71-68 at the Smith Center one month ago behind 23 points from Caleb Wilson. Unfortunately for coach Hubert Davis and UNC, the star freshman suffered a thumb injury in practice this week and will miss the rematch after having season-ending surgery.
