After starting Day 3 of the 2026 NFL draft by taking Texas defensive end Trey Moore, Pittsburgh linebacker Kyle Louis and Texas safety Michael Taaffe, the Miami Dolphins were back on the clock at No. 177 overall.
With that pick, their second in the fifth round (acquired in the earlier trade with the Dallas Cowboys), the Dolphins took Missouri wide receiver Kevin Coleman.
Coleman, 22, was a four-star recruit out of St. Mary's High School in St. Louis, Missouri, before playing one year each at Jackson State, Louisville, Mississippi State and Missouri.
In 52 games over four years between the four schools, he caught 198 passes for 2,501 yard and 12 touchdowns.
