The Miami Dolphins reached the NFL playoffs in Mike McDaniel's first two years at the helm, but the team failed to win a game in either postseason. In 2024, it took a step backward with an 8-9 finish that left them on the outside looking in on the AFC playoff bracket.

Now Dolphins brass face a lot of pressure heading into the 2025 NFL draft. A good class could fill the holes on the roster and launch the team back into contention in 2025 and beyond. A poor one could mean the end of the tenures of both McDaniel and general manager Chris Grier.
