Nate Oats and John Calipari meet on the hardwood again as Alabama basketball and Arkansas face off in league play.
During the 2024-25 season, Alabama (18-7, 8-4 SEC) downed the Razorbacks, 85-81, in Bud Walton Arena.
The matchup Wednesday, Feb. 18, marks the 10th time that Oats and Calipari have faced off.

Calipari ended his time at Kentucky with a 19-6 record over Alabama, including his last victory over the Tide in Feb. 2024. Getting a win over Calipari in his first season at Arkansas, Oats picked up his fourth triumph against the Hall of Famer.
Starting with Kentucky's 95-75 March Madness win over Buffalo in Oats' final year with the Bulls, Calipari has five wins over the Tide's head coach.
Arkansas leads the series 34-36. Alabama fell to the Razorbacks in Oats' first year with the program, which extended a six-game losing streak to Arkansas.
Alabama hasn't lost to Arkansas since Feb. 24, 2021. Since, the Tide has won five straight against the Razorbacks and now has the chance to set a series record for the program should it defeat Arkansas this week.
