2am in the morning - way after the game - mugshot has him in a wife beater so im guessing he was close to his house - no clue why he'd be out that late - you figure a millionaire's bar would be fully stocked

no alcohol level has me guessing he didn't submit to a breathalyzer - probably drew blood at the jail?

Jeebus. On top of the sheer stupidity on his part, he will definitely be suspended after he returns from injury to boot. I would love to say I am shocked, but it seems par for the course for Arizona teams not being able to have nice things.

I'm in wait and see mode. Still looking for more information. I'm an innocent until proven guilty type of person.

I remember when the assault case against Marcus and Markieff Morris was dismissed.

Also remember the big Phoenix PD Drug Case against some Suns players that mostly amounted to nothing. And then there was the controversial Jerrod Mustaf investigation.

Some of these are tricky cause you assume he’s done this a lot, just got caught this time. Thankfully he didn’t injure anyone or worse.

From a source - Dillon Brooks was arrested on suspicion of DUI last night after the game. It was not alcohol related but am told it was marijuana. He was released without being charged. Brooks was asked to blow into a portable breathalyzer and blew a 0 showing no alcohol in his system. Marijuana like alcohol does make you impaired and affects your fine motor functions and ability to operate a motor vehicle

Released without being charged is interesting.

In regard to the impairment comment above, THC, a constituent of marijuana, can stay in your system for weeks in drug testing.

If that's true then it's slightly better. Still idiotic but a more forgivable level of stupid than driving drunk. Driving intoxicated is bad but there is a considerable difference between pot and booze.
