If the police thought there were drugs in the car, they could call in drug sniffing dogs. There are a lot of things we don't know.

Idk, if you watched Brooks talk before, he always sounds like this. But if it smelled like it, then maybe he did use. I thought they had a breathalyzer for mj?

Although driving impaired is driving impaired, I don't like having my facts wrong, and am pretty annoyed at whoever falsely reported to the public that Brooks was drunk when he was actually on drugs.

Or...perhaps they never said "drunk." I know that the I in DUI stands for influence. It's designed to be a broader classification than drunkenness. Oops.

I wonder what in the world is so hard about calling a cab. Wouldn't one like to dispense with the stress of driving?

On a random note a lot of people drive with some level of impairment whether it’s booze, drugs, phone use, sleep deprivation, migraine, sickness, or simply not paying attention and/or stressed... 100+ people die on the roads everyday on average in this country whether it’s passengers or pedestrians. You gotta keep your head on a swivel out there.

This is so true. A lot of people are driving impaired and don't even realize it.
