Derrick White on why he swapped outfits with Jayson Tatum in Boston Celtics Hornets blowout

Astute fans of the Boston Celtics may have noticed that star Celtics forward Jayson Tatum and starting Boston point guard Derrick White swapped the usual accessories they often wear on the court for the Celtics penultimate game of the NBA's 2024-25 regular season this past Friday (April 11) night. It was a bit jarring to some to see each donning the shooting sleeves or tights of the other, and borrowing their celebratory rituals to mix things up to an even greater level, while others were bemused by it.

The folks behind the "CLNS Media Boston Sports Network" YouTube channel put together a clip of White speaking about the Celtics-style Freaky Friday action postgame for us to watch later.
