The Avalanche are getting pieces back in the lineup, but lost Nic Roy to an upper-body injury. What’s the latest on his status? The Habs’ success links back to the return of a former Avs forward. Colorado Hockey Now​

The Avalanche are going to try to do something they haven’t done in more than three years: Win a game in Winnipeg. This, of course, only refers to regular-season games. The Avs dominated the Jets in that 2024 playoff series and were 1-2 in three games on the road. But Connor Hellebuyck has basically shut down the Avalanche in regular season play.

Nic Roy didn’t play in Colorado’s last game, and Jared Bednar later gave an update on how long the forward will be out.
