From what I understand (I have a friend who's husband works pretty high up for the Yotes), it's a 2 year deal then they'll be looking to move to Phoenix or Scottsdale. I think they'd much rather move to Scottsdale.

They need to be in a place that is easy to get to on weekdays from Central Phoenix, Scottsdale and the EV.


I'd prefer downtown, but barring that, Tribal Land at the 101 and 202 junction would be great.

I don't go to games but I would hate to see the hit on Westgate.
