Conor McGregor is raising the stakes for this weekend’s BKFC 90 fight card from Birmingham, England, as the former UFC double champion rolled out new knockout bonuses for every single bout.

This weekend will feature a headlining title fight between BKFC U.K. welterweight champion Connor Tierney and veteran knockout artist Rico Franco. However, the main attraction at BKFC 90 is really the official bareknuckle debut of former UFC welterweight title challenger, Darren Till, who is in the absolute best shape of his entire fighting career (see HERE). “Gorilla” will square off with Aaron Chalmers in the co-main event.

During Thursday’s pre-fight press conference, BKFC president, David Feldman, revealed that he had a conversation with McGregor on his way over to the media event. According to Feldman, McGregor demanded that a new knockout bonus be put in place for this weekend’s festivities, which will cover each and every fight. It sounds like McGregor didn’t leave Feldman the opportunity to say no.

After all, McGregor is part-owner.

“On the way over here, Conor McGregor called me and he said, ‘Dave, add a knockout bonus for every fight on Saturday night.’ So, we have a knockout bonus for every fight on Saturday night. Everybody has a chance at earning a knockout bonus on Saturday night courtesy of Conor McGregor,” said Feldman.
