I love Doncic walking away in disgust.

I love those two as a duo. Ayton's gutlessness and total lack of self awareness, Luka's selfishness and laziness, combined with them both being narcissists...

I hope the Lakers keep them for years... but, sadly, I think Ayton is on his way outta this league.

Ayton in a nutshell when he stayed up too late the night before playing video games. Sad, because all the skill and physical attrivutes to be a top 5 center in the league.

Sad that he has all the tools to be a top 5 center in this league, and none of the desire.

It may not be completely horrible as long as Green is back while Booker is down. A month of Booker resting while Green runs the team could be good. Best case scenario, both are healthy and relatively rested heading into the playoffs.

Well, I'm not blowing off an ankle sprain (and if anyone thinks so, they didn't think hard enough); but I'm pleased Booker didn't break his ankle or something. Because that's the sort of thing I supposed when I heard that he needed crutches. Excuse me for not being intimately familiar with sports injuries--I don't play sports myself. To remember that someone may need crutches for "just" an ankle sprain, I would need to sit and think extensively. I've p[robably heard that somewhere before.

Sounds like the crutches were just precautionary. If you can avoid putting weight on it, then do that, better than wheeling him out in a wheelchair (I imagine Book definitely didn't want to do that). The optics might be a little off, but if it's the difference between re-evaluating in a week versus 4-6 weeks, I'll take it.

Counting the Atlanta game slipping away after he got hurt, we're now 1-5 without Booker.

hoping we aren't as devin dependent tonight - it can happen but everybody has to play defense - move the ball - and hit their 3s - no more iso - we need screens up top - might be time for point-oso
