credit where credit is due. Booker usually works hard on offense. Sometimes defense. But it does seem when he's pushing hardest is when he usually incurs an injury. Perhaps it's related to an issue he has with focus. He's so concentrated on one thing, that safety and restraint might be an afterthought.

he's most effective when he's at 100%. Jumping high on his jumpshot. Pushing on his drives. I recall it was probably his last serious hamstring occurrence that i was thinking at the time he was pushing too hard just before it happened.

in this case, he was walking backwards, focused on what was happening in front of him

Yep, just as I feared- probably a bad grade two sprain at the very minimum, and most likely a grade three (complete tear) which will have him out for 8-12 weeks.
With grade two, you can walk by yourself, though you'll be limping badly. He could not put an ounce of weight on it, which indicated a complete tear (or grade three sprain.) Complete ligament tear is worse than a clean break. I think he'll be in a cast/ boot for 6-8 weeks, and may require surgery.

I don’t believe this, that source has been caught lying before.
Xin Varlock? I did a google search and got conflicting results. He has a tweet out saying the same:

I have been told this source is a troll. Waiting for more information before believing it is valid.

we were worried about others getting playing time with jalen's return (re-arrival?) but now there will be minutes galore - might even be a reason to speed up fleming's development

If this is legit? Kiss the playoffs goodbye. This is X though so I will wait for a legit source.

That 4th quarter without Book should be sent to the voting coaches.
i agree that the 4th quarter was revealing against a good defensive team. Without a player commanding a double team, our players couldn't shake their defenders and got stuck playing one on one

but you could send most of Booker's 4th quarters (and the stats) to show that though Booker is good overall scorer he's not a good closer (poor percentage, shot selection, turnovers, defense)

luckily, we do benefit from the doubling he gets, but we suffer when he is disrupted by that doubling, if he doesn't dish in a timely and effective manner.

if we can get Green back on the court, it will be a good opportunity to see what he can really do. and what some of the other role players can do with more opportunity.

i believe we can and will get good results with Green on court instead of Booker. My concern is that Green was similarly labeled as just a scorer and he did not deliver in the playoffs.
