In addition to USMA, Algeria has managed to secure a second representative in the group stage of the Confederation Cup, namely CR Belouizdad.

CRB will compete in Group C alongside South Africa's Stellenbosch FC, Congo's AS Otoho, and Tanzania's Singida Black Stars.

The Algerian side has the advantage of playing both their opening and final matches at home, facing Singida Black Stars and AS Otoho, respectively.

However, they will have to travel to South Africa and Tanzania for the 4th and 5th matchdays.
