As the Philadelphia 76ers continue to make a push into the top 6 in the East so they can guarantee themselves a playoff spot, they have to earn wins over the teams below them. One of those teams is the Chicago Bulls who have given the Sixers trouble in their matchups.
The Bulls have won the first two matchups between the teams--both in Chicago--and will be looking to sweep the season series from the Sixers. With Paul George set to return from his league suspension on Wednesday, the Sixers will look to salvage a team with the Bulls.
As far as the injury report is concerned, Joel Embiid (right oblique strain) has been upgraded to questionable. He has not played since Feb. 26 as he has missed 13 games in a row with the bothersome injury.
Tyrese Maxey (right finger tendon strain), Kelly Oubre Jr. (left elbow sprain), and Johni Broome (right knee surgery recovery) are all out for this contest.
Quentin Grimes (illness) is questionable.
The Sixers and the Bulls will tip off at 7 p.m. EDT from the Xfinity Mobile Arena on Wednesday.
