Does anybody know if the Cards will recieve compensatory picks for losing Jake and Boston?

Those won't be awarded until next year, because compensatory picks are awarded based on the entire free agent period.
So, compensatory picks for the 2003 draft are based on what happened in the 2002 free agency period last spring.
