Nick Sirianni would love to hire another one of his close friends or disciples as the offensive coordinator, and he's reached out to Indianapolis to see what comes of it. Mike Garafalo initially reported that the Eagles requested an interview with Colts offensive coordinator Jim Bob Cooter for the same role in Philadelphia.

He previously worked with the Eagles in 2021 as a consultant after being fired by the Lions. Sirianni and Cooter worked together in Kansas City in 2012, when he was the Chiefs' wide receivers coach, and Cooter was a quality control coach who helped Sirianni coach the wide receivers.

On Tuesday, Cooter had his second interview of the process, this time in person.
