COAHOMA, Texas (KMID/KPEJ) – After former Coahoma head softball coach Alex Orosco stepped down, they found their next coach to lead the charge in Meagan Gonzales.
Gonzales comes from Sundown High School, where she led the Roughettes to the state title in 2025 and took them back to the state title game in 2026. During her time at Sundown, she went 115-40-1 in her 6-year tenure with the Roughettes.
She plans to lead the Bulldogettes back to the state title game, as they go to win their fourth title in six years.
