The Cincinnati Bengals released their inactive list 90 minutes before kicking off in Week 17 against the Arizona Cardinals. There were no surprises.
Tight end Noah Fant and defensive tackle B.J. Hill, both questionable to play on the Bengals' final injury report, would suit up.
Grandy (chest), Ossai (ankle) and Jones (ankle) were all ruled out with injuries. Newton (hamstring) was questionable.
