That was our GM who said that. He gets it. Credit to Kiem as he has deftly handled this since making the pick.

I love HB and loved when we drafted him. Smart risk.

But it will take some time till im comfortable and not expecting the other shoe drop at some point. Hell if his parents feel that way so should I.

Sounds like he is making every effort and Im pulling for him. But what took 6 months to blow up will take longer to rebuild.

Love him as a player. Glad to hear he is working on the personal side just as hard.

His first off season will be the real test. This is when most players find trouble. Hopefully some of his teammates will keep a close eye on him and give him some guidance. Maybe Fitz can take him on one of his expeditions to a foreign country and let him see first hand how hard some people really have it.

I just do not see this young man straying off the good path to stardom. Peterson is obviously a great influence. Going to Florida was a great move and his press coverage has been good will help. Great pick. Cannot recall but I do not think I was for taking him when we did.
