Celtics have a Paul Pierce issue if they acquire Giannis Antetokounmpo in a trade originally appeared on The Sporting News. Add The Sporting News as a Preferred Source by clicking here.
The Celtics have been named one of the favorites to land Bucks' Giannis Antetokounmpo in a trade ahead of Tuesday's draft.
Acquiring the Greek Freak would be one of the biggest trades Boston has ever been involved in, and it would also mean they would have to solve a Paul Pierce dilemma.

Giannis is already in the conversation for one of the greatest NBA players of this generation, and is arguably a top-25 player all-time.
He has a better resume than Paul Pierce, but Pierce might get the upper hand in one area if Giannis plays for Boston.
MORE: Giannis Antetokounmpo's former teammate doesn't believe he increases Celtics' title odds
Giannis has worn #34 with the Bucks his entire career, which is the number Celtics' star Paul Pierce wore.
That number was retired a few years ago in Boston and hangs from the ceiling of TD Garden, next to other Celtics greats and hall of famers.
It's doubtful that Giannis would get to wear #34 in Boston, so he may need to change his number should he play in Boston.
