For better or worse, the eyes of the sporting world were fixed on SoFi Stadium for the United States’ tilt against Paraguay.
The contest, the first of the U.S. segment of the three-country tourney, proved an enticing watch to many. In fact, celebrities were overwhelming represented in the population of those who took to the stands and private boxes — an indication of their interest as well as the rising cost to support the game in the United States.

How much were tickets to United States vs Paraguay?
Tickets to the USMNT’s clash with Paraguay proved elusive, with prices surging by 50 percent hours before the game. The asking price for tickets leapt to more than $1,000, far higher than most expected when they first were placed on the market.
Given the heightened cost of tickets, it’s no surprise that celebrities were overwhelmingly present in the SoFi Stadium concourses on Friday night.
