This is old news. Checks are issued on a schedule like every other payroll system. This is from a La Confora tweet via an agent from a coach who must have thought they’d get paid the next day or something silly. Cardinals said 4 days ago their playoff bonuses were getting paid on schedule.

La Canfora is worthless. Those are getting paid. The Cards are a lot of bad things, but they’re past the days of deducting fed ex postage from checks
