I would just hire brand new coaches, at least u can get someone with new ideas

I dunno fellas, seems maybe he is a hidden gem. We can’t seem to find enough people that understand when we need to burn clock vs when we need to save time. In many instances our game management is precisely counter intuitive to what we should be doing to win.
