The way I do it - and others may have different methods - is to have a way to print a document to .PDF (Adobe Acrobat Professional has a PDF Maker). Then, open up the .PDF in a graphics program (I use Adobe Illustrator). All of the vector (scalable) objects are in there. I just deleted the "egg" portions of the file, along with the old logo stuff...

I just used Flash MX to open the file. Went to that frame and turned off the two layers in front. Did a copy and paste into a photo program. Pretty simple process once I figured out how to open the file.
