two thoughts here:

1. Good for the team. This will be viewed by players as a positive and make AZ a preferred destination. Gone is the "make you pay for Gatorade" reputation in Arizona

2. Good grief. Usually its Arab Sheiks and the like who buy airliner style airplanes. Its a 777 as well, so this isnt an old reconditioned plane that got grounded due to covid. NFL Football is a good business

Good stuff! Good weather, good field surface, good practice facilities- should be able to land Good FAs without overpaying going forward.

Eddie D did this for the 49ers back in the day. Judging by their performance on the road in the '80s, I think it certainly didn't hurt!

They should have reclining chairs.

The best flight I ever took was on a C141 sleeping in a cargo net.

What qualifications does he need? He owns a G5.
Yeah, I’m not saying Michael would pilot the team, but I doubt he’d drop that kinda coin on a plane he couldn’t at least take for a spin.

A lot of little things make up the culture of an organization. At some juncture, when the culture is trending in a positive direction, a tipping point is reached where a person would rather stay at their current position vs. going somewhere else for more money. Hopefully the Cardinals are getting there.

Sweet ride.

Patriots the only other team that owns a wide body ?
And he doesn’t have the same kinda coin as RK. It’s impressive.

If he did pilot them, that’d be pretty cool in my book.

But just fly the plane and stay off the intercom. Let those boys be.

I have a great marketing idea. In the off-season they should offer flights to nowhere for Cards’ fans. They could show highlights of wins. Have some second line players aboard to answer questions, get in selfies and sign autographs. They could pay for that plane in no time.

That’s a really cool idea.

Also, I love that the team did this. Every little thing helps to further push this team into the future and farther and farther away from its past. It’s a good look for FA. Is it a difference maker? No. But it’s part of how they show they want to treat the guys on the team.

Very impressive. Yeah, show the inside.
More than likely Delta sold the interior too.

So is 28 Delta One suites with doors and 48 Premium select seats with little change and coach seats in back removed for better seat pitch.

Matches the “28 first-class pods with seats that lie down, along with 48 business-class seats” in the Cardinals description.

it does have the original delta one suites. be interesting to see how they divvy those up or who earns them. no different than the chartered 747s they used to fly though.

Murray can seat in the economy section. No way he doesn’t have enough legroom…
