Traveling in North Carolina today to attend them burning Belichick in effigy. I’m bringing the marshmallows. I’ll join you for the game but I may be late. Since I’m having to watch it on my iPad, I’ll have to toggle in. I’ll try to keep up. Not expecting a happy result!

I expect a game of field position, where we play extremely conservative.

I don't think it will work, because we can't sustain drives and our defense lacks depth against sustained drives.

Colts 27 - Cards 16.

So why did you quit?

A lot of preparation goes into doing game threads properly and consistently.
It became a cluster flux of people trying to be the first to post them.
Got so bad some guys started posting the day before the game just so they could be first.
Then the mods stepped in and mandated they couldn't be posted before gameday...so then it got earlier and earlier...and due to work I was the one that couldn't get up at midnight to post the gameday thread at 1201am...so I walked away from it. I ain't that desperate to be relevant.
But it's still nice to post a gameday thread once in a while

Away game against the Colts (edited thanks to @daves)

No KM

Brissett to start and we'll see if he can make any completions over 5 yards downfield

Then we know more if it's on DP or KM

I believe it's both so we'll see

Oline needs to help get the run game going and give him some time

Hopefully he can stand in the pocket and try to go through his reads

Really need the D to step up this game and make some key stops

Turnovers could loom large today

You never know about this team

Will we get blown out or will it be close?

Either way

Go Cardinals!

Multiple reports indicate that, at a minimum, the Cardinals are preparing to start Brissett in place of Kyler Murray. ESPN states it more strongly, with a report that Brissett is expected to start.

NFL Media reports that the Cardinals are leaving the door open for Murray to play.
Via Ian Rapoport of NFL Media, Murray has a mid-foot sprain — and it’s possible that Murray will miss more than Sunday’s game.

So which is it?

He has a chance to play or he's going to miss more than one game?

We’ll probably know in 10 minutes once the smoke clears.

I expect to see more passes down field..but mostly because Brissett has nothing to lose so may as well letterrip... but I half expect to see more passes called since we are down to RB3 and he has proven himself an idiot...or,uuhhh..a "RE-tread" ....

Reports sure are conflicting.. but my money is on KM being out through the bye.

Murray seems to play one good half per game. Start JB, if it's anywhere close at the half then put Murray in, if not he can sit until after the bye
