Ridiculous penalty. Simmons lowers and leads with his shoulder, ball carrier drops his head right into defender's helmet, boom, 15 yards on the D. 8/10 times that call is bogus. Like this one.

If Simmons actually reaches out, like he's gonna tackle and wrap up, you've got an argument....but he dropped his hands and his eyes are staring at the ground...gonna be a flag just about [emoji817] of the time.

It looked like he was asleep on the Time Out and then he stumbled trying to make a cut on the outside and did not even reach out with the ball before going out of bounds.

he clearly lost his balance when he tried to cut
