The team elevated Baccellia to the roster, signed him to a two year contract, then waived him and then resigned him to the practice squad and now there is the possibility he is going to be activated for this Sunday. So the question I need to ask is how does this affect his number of times he can be called up and then sent back down since he was already elevated twice and then released. He is already on the books according to Spotrac as dead cap space since the team signed him, then released him. Does his activation for games reset or does it still accumulate? Is he going to be entitled to another contract with being activated from the PS? I don't recall a team bouncing a player around like the Cardinals have with Baccellia. Can someone give clarification on this?
