12:21 PT: Steve King, of the Medina County Gazette, reports for The Sporting News that Cleveland Browns coach Butch Davis recently acknowledged that he brought in too many free agents last year, which disrupted the team's chemistry, especially on defense. He now plans to build through the draft.

Could this happen to us?

Should the Cardinals end their free agent singings with Holliday and Sanders?

I know Coach Mac is real big on the chemistry thing (I think it was his major in university)...

You only get good chemistry by putting up W's. Winning cures all ills. Davis was just making excuses for why he gutted his D and can't find anyone who wants to sign there now.

this is one of the more curious statements I have seen:

Browns record in 2001: 7 - 9 - no playoffs

then they sign some free agents and team chemistry is ruined according to butch:

Browns record in 2002 - 9 - 7 record and playoffs..
