Vegas, baby, yeah!
I'm not sure if Matt can pull a Kurt. I've never seen Matt bag groceries. Is he any good?

:Hy-Vee:

Jury's still out, BIM. He did great at the 7-11, but can he handle the pressure of Hy-Vee with the Cashier Manager breathing down his neck? He makes rookie mistakes, like putting hot bread in the same bag as the ice cream, and don't get me going on how he can't tell paper from plastic.

However, if he put some serious time behind the bagging machine, and shows some work ethic, he'd show us that promise he did at the 7-11.

:D

I still think Matt is an elite top 10 QB after this year for the next 9 years, He did nothing to disprove that in his 7-8, or 4-6 or his 9-10 this preseason. You know being kicked in the nuts by ESPN, his team and fans every 15 seconds or so.

Yea He has to learn a new offense that Whiz built but He might slide into Pittsburg and actually "fit"

I watched me some DA these last few years, and even his pro bowl season was wreckless. Run game and defense made it possible. I hope he was kissed by a princess and turned into a prince. but I have many reasons to doubt that.

I know I'm not popular but I still have Matty graded as twice the QB DA will ever be.

In Whiz I have lost confidence, I pray I'm wrong. but that is honest.

That and his biggest problem is that with his dink and dunk style (2 items per bag) he just uses too many bags. That was ok back in the day but in todays world Frys and others have went "green".

Looking dim for ML

Report: Seahawks don't want Matt Leinart

The Seahawks are content going into the season with Matt Hasselbeck as the starter and Charlie Whitehurst as the young quarterback they're developing for the future. There's no room for Leinart in Seattle.

And that raises the question of where there will be room for Leinart. If the two coaches who know Leinart best -- Ken Whisenhunt and Carroll -- don't want Leinart, that may send a message to the league's other 30 head coaches that they shouldn't want Leinart either.

Absolutely.

He is a seven star rated talent on all upward trending skillsets not trending downward. In the thesmal all world intangible anomaly range he is two blue catfishes out of a two scale. Matt could single handedly take on China in a coventional military conflict and nothing matt has done in his previous NFL career proves he couldn't.

Your "grades" are completely meaningless.

Apples to oranges.

Kurt demonstrated HOF talent when he led StL to a Super Bowl win. He had less distance to come back from.

Matt still has almost everything remaining to prove.

I envision two completely different career paths -

1. The change of scenery does wonders - Matt's more laid back personality works much better on a differently configured NFL team, and he once again becomes "The Fair Haired Boy From USC").

2. Matt's problems are too deep-seated and it's very very difficult to change someone's personality. He turns into Jeff George (without as much arrogance) and slowly fades away.

I agree. Hard to believe that this confident, cocky, leader (at the time) that everyone from the team, fans & players believed in lost it mentally so fast. I still think Leinart has the skills to be an above average QB if he can just recapture his confidence in himself.

Except that he lost his starting job twice, I think that disproves it. Also Pittsburgh has an "h" at the end of it. There is absolutely no room for ML in Pittsburgh, they already have four QB's on the roster. Lastly, Leinart is a textbook bust. Seattle doesn't even want him. I can name 32 backups better than Leinart. He is nowhere near the top 10 QB's in this league.

LOL, not laughing at you but this reminded me of the poster who made that claim last year and included JP Losman on his list of NFL backups better than Leinart when Losman wasn't even in the league.
