With a roster packed with proven talent, Morocco is undeniably one of the frontrunners to lift the trophy at the upcoming Africa Cup of Nations (CAN 2025).

Drawn into Group A, the Atlas Lions will face Comoros, Mali, and Zambia in the group stage.

Preview​

The North African side has made 20 appearances at the Africa Cup of Nations (CAN).

Their finest achievement came in 1976, when they clinched the title after topping the final group (5 points), ahead of Guinea (4 points) and Nigeria (3 points).

Head coach Walid Regragui has yet to announce the 28-man squad for the upcoming AFCON.
