It has been a great postseason thus far for the Golden State Warriors as they continue their chase for yet another championship.
Golden State was able to avoid blowing a 3-1 series lead in the first round as they defeated the Houston Rockets in seven games to set up a matchup with the Minnesota Timberwolves in the second round.
The Warriors were able to steal Game 1 of their series against the Timberwolves but they also suffered a devastating blow as their superstar point guard Stephen Curry suffered a Grade 1 left hamstring strain that will sideline him for at least one week.

Minnesota was then able to even up the series in Game 2 on Thursday night in dominant fashion and the series will now head to The Bay for Game 3 on Saturday.
Of course, the Warriors’ season changed with their addition of Jimmy Butler from the Miami Heat at the trade deadline as he has made the team into a championship contender.
While Butler has been great on the court for Golden State, he and Buddy Hield’s relationship since he arrived has also been the talk of the team as the two have continued to take hilarious shots at each other.
With Butler and Hield’s interview moments going viral, especially during the playoffs, WNBA star Cameron Brink recently made a loud statement regarding them.
“Seeing Jimmy and Buddy go back and forth at each other has been hilarious,” Brink said. “I love seeing kind of the human side of players.”
Brink’s message is a great one and she makes a solid point about being able to see the human side of players through Butler and Hield’s exchanges.
It is rare to see the human aspect of NBA players throughout a season as most are completely focused on the game, but Hield and Butler have been able to change that this season with their exchanges.
While Butler and Hield’s friendship has gone viral, they have also played a key role in the Warriors success this season and the Warriors will need them to continue to step up with Curry out of the lineup.
