If we can somehow handle Jacksonville at home, the next 3 games are winnable. @ San Fran, a struggling Washington team at home, and Houston on the road with a lame duck coach. The biggest hurdle is this weekend.

Now the question is would you rather go 7-9 or 8-8 and miss the playoffs, or tank it and go 3-13 and enter the Leinert-Bush sweepstakes.

I'll take the wins and build on this season. Re-sign Warner, pick up Rivers or get a promising Q out of the draft, and get some help for the O-line for next season. Arrington is rounding into form, and the defense will be healthy again. Watch out next season.

Step up and sip some kool-aid over the holiday weekend, and dare to dream.

I love your optimism (I am optomistic as well), but the reality is, StL isn't the same team they once were. We beat them, but I'm still not sold. Another really good game or two might change my opinion.
