Bruce Arians: Cardinals not changing, will let Ryan Lindley 'sling it'

LOL...If Lindley is going to "sling it" this Sunday, we all need to be prepared to lose the turnover battle and possibly have the Cardinals beat the Cardinals.

Now, before people jump on me, I'm not saying the Cardinals can't win an ugly game, but there is a reason Lindley was available and hasn't thrown a TD in his career. Designing a game plan to what Lindley does best might be designing a game plan to do not a whole lot. He isn't good and he is going against a defense that is. It isn't going to be pretty, but that doesn't mean a win can't happen. It just isn't likely.

right,fans has a lot of enthusiasm right now and there is a sort of veneration for the best coach of the year .
arians is a great coach but he cant do miracles with lindley.
lindley can be a very smart and intelligent dude,but he is a terrible qb.

This is people management 101. Instead of focusing on the negative on a struggling employee, he is building him up that he can do exactly what his peers do. He can be the team superstar.

Stuff like this is why you hear players want to play for Arians.
