The Cleveland Browns continue to meet with the top offensive tackles at the 2026 NFL Scouting Combine, adding Alabama's left tackle Kadyn Proctor to the list. Proctor checks the age guardrails perfectly. He will play his rookie season as a 21-year-old despite being a three-year starter at left tackle for Alabama.
Proctor is a massive player and likely projects best as a guard at the NFL level. He struggles to deal with athletic speed rushers on the outside and doesn't anchor as well as you would expect from a player of his size. His technique and pad level are inconsistent, and he will need significant work on his technique at the next level.
Proctor is projected as a first-round pick because he does have the upside, but he didn't make the jump in his development that many expected him to make. His conditioning is a question; you can see he looks winded late in many games. Proctor is worth taking a chance on day two, but I wouldn't use a first-round pick on him.
