Denver Broncos running back J.K. Dobbins (foot) is listed as out going into Sunday's AFC Championship game against the New England Patriots.

After missing the team's last eight games on injured reserve, Dobbins returned to practice this week. While there was hope Dobbins would play against the Patriots, the Broncos will ride with the trio of RJ Harvey, Jaleel McLaughlin and Tyler Badie. Dobbins could be a candidate to be activated ahead of the Super Bowl — if the Broncos make it that far.

Denver center Luke Wattenberg (shoulder) also remains on IR, and he's also questionable for Sunday's game.

Elsewhere on the injury front, wide receivers Pat Bryant (concussion) was cleared to play, center Alex Forsyth (ankle), and receiver Troy Franklin (hamstring) have also been listed as questionable.

The team's complete injury report can be seen below.

Broncos quarterback Bo Nix (ankle) was ruled out. Denver will presumably officially place him on IR on Saturday, opening up a spot for another player to return.

Despite playing at home, the Broncos are considered underdogs against the Patriots. Sunday's game (1:00 p.m. MT) will be nationally televised on CBS (more TV info).
