ANAHEIM, CALIF. – With the trade deadline looming, the Milwaukee Brewers begin the second half of their West Coast road swing with the first of three games against the Los Angeles Angels at Angel Stadium.

Left-hander Shane Drohan (5-4, 3.51) starts for the Brewers with a few extra days' rest while right-hander Ryan Johnson (2-5, 7.34) counters for the Angels.

There were a couple transactions prior to the game, with left-hander DL Hall being reinstated from the injured list and left-hander Thomas Pannone being designated for assignment in the corresponding move two days after making a spot start for Milwaukee in San Francisco.
