I've heard this my entire Arizona fandom. Will ABOR approve this? Will ABOR approve that? I don't ever recall ABOR rejecting a contract approval from any of the three universities.

The ABOR is worthless. I was told that had ASU not been brought to the Big-12 that Arizona was prepared to leave the PAC-12 regardless of board approval.
