I read the LA Times article on the real creator of Flamin Hot...IIRC it was actually a white woman who came up with them. A lot of Mexican Americans were legit pissed about the story.

The chicken nuggets I have experienced is ground chicken made into a nugget. I understand they actually grind chicken fillets to make them.
