He gets a raise this year with a lot of guaranteed money coming in the form of escalators, workout bonuses, one 15 mill bonus next season, and semi-guaranteed base salaries against injury and performance. Not sure how much is guaranteed in those base salaries or how they are guaranteed though.

PFT has confirmed Dockett received $30 million guaranteed for injury and $28 million for skill and injury.

Just so you know the term guaranteed can be smoke and mirrors as well. Just because it says guaranteed doesn't mean the player will actually ever see it. Lots of loops holes and media and agents using the term guaranteed very loosely these days.
